The video introductions allowed us to assess candidates early, saving time and providing insights into cultural fit beyond traditional CVs. This innovation transformed our hiring approach and instilled confidence in our decisions.

Nick’s extensive knowledge and network in HR Transformation and HR Technology helped us connect with outstanding talent, leading us to the perfect Partner Sales Director for our team. “I approached Nicholas feeling disillusioned about recruiters, as none had instilled confidence in me during a very stressful job search. I challenged him to change my perception, and he certainly exceeded my expectations.

The quality and level of communication were outstanding. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to provide me with instant feedback on how to enhance my appeal to potential employers. My CV has improved immensely, and my confidence is now through the roof, all thanks to Nicholas’s support during a difficult time in my job search.

I wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas not only as a recruiter but also as a genuinely great person. He is truly exceptional.”
